MATCH : Katsuhiko Nakajima v KENTA

PROMOTION : Pro Wrestling NOAH

EVENT : 2nd Navigation

VENUE : Tokyo, Japan

DATE : 1st March 2009

CHAMPIONSHIP : GHC Junior Heavyweight Title

BACKGROUND : After years of trying to win the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship, Katsuhiko Nakajima defeated KENTA at an event in Tokyo just one month prior to Second Navigation and this was KENTA's rematch. KENTA was pound for pound one of the best wrestlers in the world at this point putting on great matches with all comers. So would Nakajima be able to successfully defend his newly won title or would KENTA have a third reign as GHC Junior Champion?...

MATCH REVIEW : This was overall a very entertaining Junior match which sometimes gets forgotten amongst KENTA's array of great matches. These two seem to have a great pattern to their matches and seem to bounce of each other. As usual the Japanese crowd is hot from start to finish for this match and both men play off of this fantastically. The pace to the match is spot on and the ending was very well done. A great set of reversals mark a wonderful way to finish a match. Much to see here, very entertaining and definitely worth a watch!
