MATCH : The Dream's Team v The Million $ Team

PROMOTION : WWF

EVENT : Survivor Series 1990

VENUE : Hartford Civic Center, Hartford, Conneticut

DATE : 22nd November 1990

STIPULATION : 8 Man Elimination Tag Match

BACKGROUND : This would be a typical Survivor Series elimination match from this era. The eight men involved though are all either Hall of Famers or future Hall of Famers. The Dream Team was made up of captain Dusty Rhodes, Koko B Ware and the Hart Foundation whilst the Million $ Team was made up of captain Ted Dibiase, Greg Valentine, Honky Tonk Man and in his debut match The Undertaker. The only real feud heading into the match was between Rhodes and Dibiase as Dibiase had paid off Rhodes' former valet Sapphire.

MATCH REVIEW : The match will always be remembered for being The Undertaker's debut because of how instrumental he became to wrestling and the WWF/E through the years. Over looking the fact that this match was a great way to build The Undertaker on his debut there was also several aspects of the match that made it very entertaining. The match was filled with some of the legends of the business and the ending sequence with Hart and Dibiase was fun and also helped Hart who was soon to embark on a singles run in the WWF/E. A good Survivor Series match that had the right amount of time and managed to put over some new talent but not at the detriment of the older guys!
